Wuxi Xuelang Electronics Solder Factory was founded in 1992 and is the first manufacturer to produce and develop electronic solders for electronic packaging. At that time, the lead, tin, silver solders and solders of different specifications such as tin, antimony, nickel and phosphorus produced by Xuelang Electronics and developed by Xuelang Electronics Filled in the blank of this kind of products in China and opened up a new stage for the full nationalization of electronic solders for the domestic electronic packaging industry. Through more than 20 years of efforts, now Wuxi Snow Wave electronic solder has been widely used in the assembly line of famous electronic packaging manufacturers in China, and has become one of the largest manufacturers in the domestic electronic solder market share. At present, our factory has six production lines of electronic welding wire, with a monthly output of about 3 million meters. In 2006, in order to further improve the quality of products, our factory invested millions of yuan to establish a rare metal purification production line. The purified high-purity tin, antimony, bismuth and tellurium not only meet the needs of our factory, but also sell in large quantities throughout the country.

Our factory also established TO-92 production line for triode packaging and to-126 TO-220 TO-251 and 252 production lines in 2003 and 2004 respectively. We have introduced 8930U chip loader and Eg60 Eg339 bonder from ASM Company of Singapore and other advanced domestic packaging equipment, forming a monthly production capacity of 60 million triodes.
